Spacious Cage: The cage offers ample space with dimensions of 3200mm * 1500mm * 2500mm.

Corrosion Resistance: The cage top guardrail, bottom, base frame, cage door frame, and small accessories are all galvanized. This provides excellent corrosion resistance, extends the lifespan of the components, and enhances the aesthetic appeal.

Noise Reduction and Aesthetics: The decorative panels on both sides of the cage and the loading/unloading doors are made of 2.0mm aluminum perforated panels. This design minimizes noise, provides a luxurious appearance, and reduces the overall weight.

Durable Cage Floor: The cage is constructed from 3mm checkered plate, with an additional 20mm thick fiberglass grid mesh underneath. This combination offers moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and vibration dampening.

High-Strength Main Beam: The main beam is formed by bending 5mm thick steel plate into a C-shape, with dimensions of 230 * 65 * 2900mm. This design provides excellent mechanical performance, high strength, and resistance to deformation.

Robust Cage Top and Bottom: The cage top and bottom are made of 6mm thick steel plate bent into shape, ensuring sturdiness, safety, and durability.

Precision Manufacturing: All materials are laser-cut and processed by high-precision fully automatic CNC bending machines. All welding is done using carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, and critical parts undergo X-ray flaw detection for enhanced safety.

High-Precision Transmission: The transmission and safety braking systems are all processed by a machining center as a whole, ensuring high precision, low assembly noise, and good interchangeability.

Durable Finish: This product uses a high-temperature electrostatic powder coating process. The standard section is shot blasted to remove rust and then powder coated, followed by high-temperature baking for strong adhesion and long-lasting durability.

Secure Fasteners: The anti-loosening of the roller bolts is secured with locking pieces, ensuring safety and reliability.

Easy Maintenance: A dedicated inspection door is provided for easy inspection, maintenance, and upkeep.
