1. Taking into account the working temperature
When selecting NdFeB magnets, customers should choose their own magnet grades based on their working temperature. If the operating temperature exceeds the withstand temperature of the magnet grade, the magnet will gradually demagnetize until no magnetism remains.
In terms of working temperature, the temperature selection correlates to different grades. Choose N within 80 degrees, M within 100 degrees, H within 120 degrees, SH within 150 degrees, UH within 180 degrees, and EH within 200 degrees.
2. Take into account the usage environment.
If the magnet device is sealed, you may want to select a magnet with no white zinc plating on the surface to save money.
